Welcome to the third book review in as many days!
No lie, I only started reading "If I Stay" while I was babysitting
for a friend on Saturday night and I finished the book yesterday. I couldn't put it down!
The book has a sad note to it and I narrated by a teenage girl who is the only member of her family
to survive a car accident. She's in a coma for the majority of the book, but it is interesting to see her perspective on the whole matter. She remembers how things were for her family and has to decide whether to carry on fighting for her life or to let go.
I'm not ashamed to admit I cried reading this one, it was heart-rending at times but I certainly came away feeling so grateful for those I love.
I would read it again but not for a little while so a solid 3 book score from me.
Enjoy!
